Meet CAROLINE
LEADERSHIP GUIDE | FOUNDER
Caroline has spent nearly two decades in executive leadership, guiding organizations through growth, change, and meaningful impact. From leading at Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada to building partnerships across communities, her work has always been rooted in people, purpose, and possibility.

But her journey didn’t stop in the boardroom.
In 2022, Caroline took a bold step away from the traditional path and spent a year traveling solo—an experience that reshaped how she sees leadership, life, and what it truly means to feel aligned. That chapter deepened her belief that great leadership isn’t just about performance—it’s about clarity, balance, and self-awareness.

Today, as a Leadership Guide, she helps leaders navigate complexity with confidence and heart. Her approach centers on People, Planning, and Processes, helping organizations build strong cultures while supporting the humans behind the work.

When she’s not working with leaders, you’ll likely find her exploring a new destination, capturing meaningful moments through photography, or enjoying a long walk with Stella.
Meet STELLA

Stella is Caroline’s rescued Bichon mix and the heart of the team. She takes her role as Chief Joy Officer very seriously—bringing lightness, presence, and the occasional interruption to keep things grounded.
​
Whether she’s joining Caroline on walks, popping into the background of a workday, or simply reminding everyone to pause and enjoy the moment, Stella is a constant source of joy and connection.
​
She also doubles as a muse for Caroline’s photography, especially when it comes to capturing the special bond between humans and their dogs.

Working behind the scenes (all the way from Cebu, Philippines), Psalm is the creative force helping bring Caroline’s vision to life—pixel by pixel, post by post, and idea by idea.
​
From building websites to managing social media and executing creative projects, she turns big ideas into something real, polished, and beautiful. She’s also the steady support system behind the scenes—managing calendars, protecting Caroline's “me time,” and making sure everything runs smoothly so Caroline can focus on what she does best.
​
Living in a country with 7,641 islands definitely has its perks, and Psalm takes full advantage of it! When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her at the beach, playing pickleball, or spending time with her very playful unico hijo. She also loves all things beauty and occasionally works as a freelance makeup artist on weekends.
