“You can’t read the label from inside the jar”
A friend recently shared a saying with me that resonated deeply – both personally and professionally. The idea that we can get stuck in our heads and can’t see ourselves as others do is perfectly captured by this saying: "You can't read the label from inside the jar."
I love being a coach because it allows me to offer that external perspective, helping my clients see beyond their self-imposed limitations and biases. Building confidence by providing insights, feedback, and guidance, enables my clients to gain a clearer, more accurate view of themselves. I help them understand their strengths, identify blind spots and areas for growth, and develop strategies to achieve their personal and professional goals.
There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone step outside the jar and realize their true potential. It's a privilege to be part of their journey and to support them in uncovering their favorite version of themselves.
